The location suited my needs very well. The staff was helpful , always ready to assist with any questions. The hotel offers round-the-clock food service, a convenient feature for late-night cravings.
The check-in desk looked somewhat dark , giving a less inviting first impression.

good welcome reception clean room good towels full car park rude staff security stern looks security guard
I found the welcome at reception to be good. my room was clean. The bed was comfortable. the shower worked well, and i had good towels. i found plentiful hand/body and hair wash was available.
the car park was full when i arrived at midnight. security staff seemed rude and spoke limited english. the security guard gave stern looks when i went to the lift. i found this intimidating.

The location is near the city center. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the shopping center.

modern room clean room excellent shower comfy bed
The room was modern and very clean (i was impressed). It included a bright window. The bathroom featured an excellent shower. The bed was super comfy, i slept very well.
The walls in the room had a few stains.

hard bed broken switch
the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was tiny for two adults. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. an additional blanket was not available, so i felt cold. the light switch was broken. the toilet flush broke on the second night, i could hear the toilet flushing all night.
